Hue’s Jujitsu has a larger chance of competing at SEA Games 33

“Vietnam Sports Administration (Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism) has just issued a decision to establish Vietnam Sports Delegation for SEA Games 33, in which Hue sports contributes 1 coach and 7 athletes,” said Bui Thanh Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture & Sports on the afternoon of November 28th. ​

On the afternoon of May 14, a ceremony was held at Quoc Hoc High School for Gifted Students to commend Le Cong Minh Hieu, an 11th-grade student of the school, winning the bronze medal in Asia Physics Olympiad 2019.

The Asia Physics Olympiad had been held in the Australian city of Adelaide from May 5-13. Vietnamese team participating in the competition had eight members; among them, Le Cong Minh Hieu, a student from Quoc Hoc High School for Gifted Students, was the youngest competitor.

Athlete Ho Thi Ha has just won a bronze medal in the kumite individual female content of weight class 59 kg, Head of the provincial Department of Karatedo Le Van Loc informed. This is the first women's medal in the past 20 years at a continental tournament.

Nguyen Hy Hoai Lam (grade 12, Quoc Hoc gifted high school, Thua Thien Hue province) won the bronze medal at the 2017 International Olympiad in Informatics recently held in Iran. This is one of the three medals that the Vietnamese team won.
