Flower-shaped, plant-shaped biscuits: the last confectioner

So far, Mrs. Ho Thi Kieu ( 62 years old, Phuoc Tich ancient village, Phong Hoa commune, Phong Dien suburban district) is the last confectioner making flower-shaped and plant-shaped biscuits which originated from the tray of sweet treats offered to Queen Thuan Thien Cao Hoang (King Gia Long’s wife).
