Welcoming first tourists to Hue

HNN.VN - On the morning of January 1, the flight No.VN1543 Ha Noi – Hue brought 184 first passengers to Hue in the New Year 2019.

In order to welcome the new year 2019 and express the hospitality and friendliness of the Ancient Capital to tourists, the Tourism Department coordinated with the Middle Airports Authority in Hue, Phu Bai International Airport and Vietnam Airlines Representative Office in Thua Thien Hue to hold a welcoming ceremony for the first tourists to Hue by air.

At 9:45 a.m., the flight No. VN1543 Ha Noi – Hue with 184 passengers landed at Phu Bai International Airport. Mr. Ebtedaei and his wife Mrs. Nicolas Triballeau from France and Mr. Le Hong Thao from Ha Noi were the first three tourists setting foot on the airport.

The other passengers going on this flight and the flight crew were given souvenirs and enjoyed the traditional Unicorn-Lion-Dragon dance performance. As for the first three tourists, Vietnam Airlines also gave them three pairs of domestic round-trip ticket valid in 2019.
