Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau - Pham Ngu Lao pedestrian street reopens

Based on the orientation to develop cultural and tourism spaces along the Nhu Y River, Thuan Hoa Ward is drafting a plan to establish a night street running along the river, with the expectation of creating a new, distinctive night-time tourism product that can effectively connect with the central pedestrian street axis of Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau.

On the afternoon of December 29th in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health held the National Conference to review health sector performance in 2025; wrap up the 2021 - 2025 term; outline directions for the 2026 - 2030 term; and deploy key tasks for 2026.

In order to create a connection and to balance the nightlife and entertainment activities in Hue city and to form an attractive nightlife tourism product to serve locals and tourists, Hue will soon open a pedestrian street at Hai Ba Trung Street in Vinh Ninh Ward. Around this event, Thua Thien Hue Weekly had a talk with Mr. Tran Song, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

After nearly two months of approving the project of embellishing Hai Ba Trung Street, the People's Committee of Hue City and the construction units have commenced the construction of the project, aiming to put Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street into operation on the occasion of the New Year 2023.

After more than 2 years of temporarily closing the Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau Pedestrian Street (abbreviated to Pedestrian Street), since early May 2022, Hue City has restarted nightlife activities and invested in infrastructure in preparation for the opening of food and shopping streets in order to satisfy the entertainment needs of residents and tourists.
