The Ban Gioc Waterfall is considered a place with majestic landscape, like a fairyland, on the Quay Son River (Dam Thuy Commune, Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province).

On the occasion of the long holiday from April 30th to May 1st, not only historical sites and tourist attractions in Hue City, but also most tourist destinations in Thua Thien Hue province also attracted a large number of visitors to experience, especially waterfalls, beaches, and lagoons.

A Roang is a border commune of A Luoi district, which is about 90km away from Hue city center. People living here are mainly the Ta Oi people. Being located at the foot of the majestic Truong Son Mountain, A Roang was once a poor and extremely difficult place to travel to. However, it is now an attractive destination for visitors who love the rustic beauty of people and villages in wild mountains and forests, or immersing themselves in waterfalls and lakes in the middle of mountains and forests.

From a girl who could only help her parents with farming - growing rice and corn, Ms. A Lang Be has taken her opportunity to become a tour guide when the legendary Kazan waterfall in Doi village (Thuong Lo commune, Nam Dong district), considered “a natural breast”, bestows an eco-tourism site on the local community.

With its own strengths and unique characteristics, Thua Thien Hue has built and developed ecotourism products at streams and waterfalls, being predicted to create a breakthrough in ecotourism.

Developing eco-tourism sites associated with streams and waterfalls is one of the directions that Nam Dong district has been focusing on and will continue to exploit.
