The People's Committee of Hoa Chau Ward has officially issued a plan for the organization of Hoa Chau City Trail 2026. This will be the first event of its kind in Hue, combining road running and trail running (City Trail), with the longest distance extending up to 42 kilometers.

“The failure at the 100-mile distance (equivalent to 160km) at the Vietnam Mountain Marathon in December 2024 has only driven me to set new goals in Ultra Mountain Marathon, with a strong resolve to rise from failure,” Nguyen Thi Ngot, a Hue-born runner ranked among the top 10 female amateur marathoners in Vietnam for the 42.195km distance, shared her plans for 2025.

Each Chinese character, intricate and beautiful artistic patterns on the stele, appear distinctly and sharply on the paper. With a great deal of care and meticulous effort, the task of inscribing these epitaphs has been quietly undertaken for over a decade by two young researchers, Nguyen Phuoc Bao Dan and Le Tho Quoc, who work at the National Institute of Cultural and Art in Hue.
