In Hue, the voluntary blood donation movement has continued to spread steadily, becoming a humanitarian bright spot in the community.

In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), on April 13, the Phu Xuan Ward Women's Union officially launched a reading space themed “Phu Xuan - Culture and Heritage”. The space is located at the Community Cultural House, 103 Nhat Le Street.

On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee, along with representatives of departments, agencies, localities, universities, hospitals, research institutes, and the business community in the area.

The City People's Committee has recently issued Plan No. 188/KH-UBND, dated April 2, 2026 on the development of eco-tourism and community-based tourism for the 2026 - 2027 period.

March - the month marking the anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26th, 1931 - March 26th, 2026), is also the peak period for voluntary activities directed toward the community by youth union members and young people.

From March 24 to 26, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, in collaboration with the Arpan Global (the USA), organizes a community health screening and consultation program at the university campus, the university hospital, and the City Social Work Center and Children’s Protection Fund.
