The traditional Moong house is a unique form of folk architecture, closely associated with the formation and development of the Pa Co community in Truong Son mountain range. In the Pa Co language, the Moong house, also known as Dung Moong, is not merely a house but a shared communal space that symbolizes unity, cohesion, and the community spirit.

Once lost, Kim Hoang folk paintings are gradually making a comeback thanks to the effort of artisan Nguyen Thi Binh. Recently, those paintings have been exhibited and introduced to the public in Hue.

More than a timely move to translate a major central policy into concrete action, the plan marks an important milestone, demonstrating that Hue is choosing the right path for its development in the years ahead.

By embracing fresh approaches, those who continue telling these stories are helping traditional craft villages become more relevant to contemporary life while preserving their authentic character.
