On the morning of December 4, at Hue One Food manufacturing plant (No.1 Nguyen Van Tuyet Street, Thuan An Ward, Hue City), Hue One Food Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to release a 40-foot container, carrying about 19 tons of traditional Hue cakes, for official export to the U.S market.

Images of President Ho Chi Minh during his revolutionary activities in China were presented at the exhibition “The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China”, organized by Ho Chi Minh Museum in coordination with Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City. The Shuttlecock Kicking Tournament of the 10th Hue City Sports Festival (2025–2026) opened on the morning of October 15 at Canh Buom Sport Hall (100 Pham Van Dong Street), bringing together 51 athletes from Hue University, Binh Dien Commune, Phu Xuan Ward, and Phu Bai Ward to compete.

On the afternoon of November 14th, at 119 Van Xuan, Hue City Red Cross, in coordination with Kim Long Ward People’s Committee and the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, distributed 100 relief packages to local residents heavily impacted by the recent floods. Late in the afternoon of November 13, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung visited and encouraged households affected by the recent floods in Huong Thuy Ward, Hue City.

This was among the key outcomes shared at the Conference on Reviewing the Implementation of Resolution 05/2019/NQ-HDND issued by the Provincial People’s Council (now Hue City People’s Council) on policies supporting community-based tourism (CBT) development in Thua Thien Hue Province (now Hue City) through 2025. The conference, organized by the Department of Tourism on the morning of November 12th, gathered representatives from departments, agencies, and 40 communes and wards across the city.

Following the directive from the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, on November 10, Hue City Civil Defense Steering Committee issued an official dispatch requesting the People's Committees of wards and communes in the city to conduct surveys to mark the highest flood traces during the flooding event, from October 25 to November 3, within the premises of offices, schools, low-lying routes, public works, and flood warning towers in the local areas.
