For Le Hoang Anh Thu, a 12th-grade student specializing in History and Geography at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, history holds a unique appeal and passion. This has driven her to continuously strive for First Prize in the National Exam.

On the morning of February 10, Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to praise and award national excellent students of the 2024 - 2025 academic year at Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.

By turning a corner spectacularly in a dramatic competition, Le Quang Duy Khoa, a student from Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted excellently brought the 8th live broadcast of Olympia Finals to Hue.

“Can Vuong Tremendous Spirit” was a program held by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, and Ham Nghi Secondary School on January 1 at the exhibition space “Emperor Ham Nghi: Life and Arts” at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities. Attending the program were 130 students from Ham Nghi Secondary School and Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.

On December 29th, Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) organized a ceremony to honor students who excelled in international Olympiads and science and technology competitions in 2024.

On the morning of December 28, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan had a meeting and commendation with the team of students who won prizes in the international Olympiad and Scientific and Technical Competitions 2024. Ho Duc Trung, an alumnus of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted was awarded the Third-Class Labor Order for his achievement of winning the Silver Medal at the International Biology Olympiad.

On December 24, National Excellent Student Exam for the 2024-2025 academic year officially began at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted in Hue.

After winning the Week 2 competition, February, quarter 1, Le Quang Duy Khoa, the students of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted continues to claim the monthly crown in the February competition, quarter 1 of the 25th season of the Road to Mount Olympia, which aired on the afternoon of December 8.

With an excellent performance in the final match of the Road to Olympia, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a 12th grade student of Specialized Math Class No. 1 at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, brought the laurel wreath back to his hometown, becoming the third one of the school to become the champion after Ho Ngoc Han (in 2009) and Ho Dac Thanh Chuong (in 2016). After winning the 2024 Road to Olympia Championship, on the afternoon of October 14, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a 12th grade student majoring in Math, class 1 at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, returned to school in a warm welcome from teachers, friends and family.
