On January 22nd, Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences (Ministry of Education and Training), in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, organized a survey workshop in support of research on improving the institutional framework for the development of the education system.

On September 12, the Vietnam Internet Association, in coordination with the Security Bootcamp Community and the Hue City Institute for Research and Development, held the Security Bootcamp 2025 program with the theme “Regeneration.”

On the morning of August 15, the Institute for Research and Development of Hue City coordinated with Grab Vietnam LLC held a ceremony to launch the Grab Cyclo service.

On the afternoon of April 25th, the City Institute for Development Research, in collaboration with the Institute for Digital Transformation and Learning Resources of Hue University, held a conference aiming at promoting Hue’s cultural development and expanding the Hue Bookcase project across university and college libraries in the city.

On June 18, a free reading station was launched on the train connecting heritages between Hue and Da Nang, featuring around 150 books set up by the Provincial Development Research Institute in collaboration with other units and projects.

On December 1, the Provincial Center of Information Technology (HueCIT) coordinated with the SMC Hue Co., Ltd. and the Architecture and Urban Research Institute (AURI) (South Korea) to organize the 2nd International Forum themed "Hue - Information Technology - Promoting sustainable development".

On the morning of June 16th, the Provincial Institute for Research and Development, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the SolutionPlus project, organized a National Workshop on “Sharing experiences in the management of shared bicycles and electric scooters.”
