The Opening of the 9th ASEAN Conference on Creating a Smoke-Free Environment
On the morning of August 28th in Hue City, the Vietnam Tobacco Control Fund (VNTCF), Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Southeast Asia Tobacco Control Alliance (SEATCA), organized the opening of the 9th ASEAN Regional Conference on creating a smoke-free environment.
