Over VND 11 billion to support transportation costs for offshore fishing vessels

HNN.VN - On October 16, the Provincial People's Committee decided to deduct more than VND 11.4 billion of the provincial budget from the targeted additional budget of the Central government, to supplement targeted budget for Phu Vang district with the amount of VND 4,560 million, Phu Loc VND 6,220 million, Huong Tra town VND 260 million, and Hue city VND 400 million to support the costs of transporting goods for offshore fishing vessels under the Government's Decree No. 67/2014/ND-CP dated July 7, 2014 on some fishery development policies.

Accordingly, in this phase, there are 79 offshore fishing vessels from 400 CV upwards will be supported with goods transportation costs, corresponding to 238 voyages with VND 40-60 million per voyage.
