Japanese People's Diplomacy Promotion Council works in Hue

HNN.VN - On the morning of October 5, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho had a meeting with the Japanese People's Diplomacy Promotion Council, led by Vice Chairman of Japanese People's Diplomacy Promotion Council Nakagaki Yoshihiko on the issues of economic and cultural cooperation between the two sides.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation to work and explore investment opportunities in Thua Thien Hue province. Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee suggested some sectors in which the two sides could cooperate in the coming time. They are tourism development, hi-tech industry investment, IT development... He also wishes Japanese airlines to open direct flights from Japan to Thua Thien Hue so as to stimulate tourism demand; organize tourism promotion conferences between the two sides; continue to maintain good relations between the two countries.

Mr. Nakagaki Yoshihiko, Vice Chairman of Japanese People's Diplomacy Promotion Council expressed his high consensus on the proposals and desires of Thua Thien Hue province. He said that these were sectors that the two sides could cooperate and develop well in the future. Mr. Nakagaki Yoshihiko also wishes to cooperate with Thua Thien Hue province in the sectors of education, healthcare, employment and contribute to the building and development of Thua Thien Hue province.
