Free tickets for visiting relics on March 26

Hue starts entering winter, beginning a series of long and wet rainy days. On September 11, the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City announced that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had issued a decision to rank two relic sites in the city as national relic sites.

“President Ho Chi Minh’s relics through sketch art” is the theme of an exhibition that just opened on the afternoon of May 16 at Hue Museum of Fine Arts (15 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa District).

It is the sophisticated sharp carving and the glittering lacquer layers, especially the shiny gold color, that make the relics in Hue look superb and majestic. Visitors to relics not only admire the constructions themselves but also recognize the talent and the wholeheartedness of artisans.
