University of Arts students join Green Summer Volunteer Campaign

HNN.VN - On July 10, the University of Arts, Hue University, held a send-off ceremony for the 2026 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign, with the participation of nearly 60 volunteer Youth Union members and students.

 Being ready for the summer volunteer campaign

According to the plan, the campaign will take place from July 10 to 15 in Chan May - Lang Co Commune, Hue City. During the campaign, the volunteers will carry out a range of meaningful activities that capitalize on the expertise of fine arts students, contributing to the beautification of public facilities while spreading the spirit of youth volunteerism for the community.

Specifically, the team will paint decorative murals at Lang Co Secondary School, Lang Co Kindergarten and Primary School, as well as at several areas of Lang Co Border Guard Station.

In addition, the volunteers will offer incense and flowers in tribute to fallen heroes at the local martyrs’ cemetery to mark War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27). They will also visit and present gifts to policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious service to the revolution, while organizing cultural, artistic, and sports exchange activities with local Youth Union members, youth, and residents.

The Green Summer Volunteer Campaign is an annual activity organized by the Youth Union of the University of the Arts, contributing to developing students’ skills and strengthening their sense of social responsibility, while bringing artistic value closer to the community.
