HNN.VN - Nearly 100 students from primary schools, art centers, and gifted drawing classes across Hue City came together to take part in an art festival themed “Loving Family”. After more than 90 minutes, the students completed their artworks centered around themes of respect and gratitude toward President Ho Chi Minh and their families. Each piece reflected the student’s individual thoughts, yet all demonstrated artistic talent through creative, meaningful, and adorably charming expressions.

According to the organizers, the festival served as a creative playground, offering children a chance to express love for their families and gratitude toward their grandparents, parents, and other family members. It was also an opportunity for them to share their dreams and hopes for a happy, loving family. The organizing committee selected 32 outstanding artworks for awards based on their contents, the creativity, and artistic quality.

On this occasion, also at Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, Hue Museum of Fine Arts also held an exhibition titled “Children with Uncle Ho”. The exhibition features more than 40 paintings by students from across Hue City, selected from the museum’s collection.

These artworks depict the love Uncle Ho had for children, the affection children have for him, as well as family love. The exhibition also includes paintings of historical sites associated with President Ho Chi Minh and his family in Hue, such as Ho Chi Minh Memorial House at 112 Mai Thuc Loan Street, Duong No Memorial House, Duong No Village Communal House, and Quoc Hoc Hue High School.

These activities are part of the program commemorating the 135th birthday of beloved President Ho Chi Minh (May 19th, 1890 - May 19th, 2025).
