In addition, the units and localities must put these actions into their operation regulations, and direct their attached units to strictly implement their commitment against the use of single-use plastic products and non-biodegradable nylon bags in the operations of agencies and units.

In the short term, he requires agencies and units not to use single-use bottled drinking water in the workplace, and switch to use large-size drinking water containers, or to self-boil water and use multi-use containers, as well as biodegradable materials (paper-based products) when organizing conferences and workshops; and not to use single-use nylon bags, and wipes in all activities of the agencies, units, and at conferences and workshops.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked agencies and units to mobilize and organize contests of creation, and initiatives on models and tools to replace single-use nylon and plastic products on World Environment Day (June 5).
