Poetry appreciation with Hue’s literary artists

Full Moon Poetry Night is an occasion for poets and poetry lovers in Hue to connect and appreciate poetry together.

Through poetic verses and stories shared during the event, the audience gains deeper insights into the history, culture, and rich poetic traditions of Hue, as well as the beautiful customs of the homeland and the nation. Additionally, the event fulfils the artistic and cultural appreciation needs of both poets and poetry enthusiasts in Hue, serving as a platform for creative exchange, fostering connections, and nurturing a shared passion for poetry.

This year’s Full Moon Poetry Night - At Ty Spring 2025 also provided an opportunity for artists to express their gratitude to the Communist Party on the occasion of its 95th anniversary, while looking forward to the 50th anniversary of national reunification and the 135th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.

With the theme “The Nation Soars”, artists from Ancient Capital dedicated themselves to creative expression, hoping to inspire poetic imagination and instil pride in the nation's glorious history and its journey of progress.

People’s Artist Phong Thuy performed a recitation of President Ho Chí Minh’s poem "Full Moon".

Through 23 poetry and musical performances, the literary artists of Hue brought the essence of spring - its beauty, spirit, and emotions - to the audience. Full Moon Poetry Night - At Ty Spring 2025 concluded with heartfelt thanks from the poets and their hope for a bright, creative new year, promising a flourishing year ahead for Hue’s literary and artistic activities in general and its poetry movement in particular.
