Exhibition celebrating Vietnam Fine Arts Tradition Day

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of December 10th, the opening ceremony of the exhibition celebrating Vietnam Fine Arts Tradition Day (December 10th, 1951 - December 10th, 2024) took place at the University of Arts, Hue University.

In celebration of the 73rd anniversary of Vietnam Fine Arts Tradition Day, Thua Thien Hue Union of Literature and Arts Associations, in collaboration with Vietnam Fine Arts Association in Hue, Thua Thien Hue Fine Arts Association, and University of Arts, Hue University organized a fine arts exhibition for local artists and art enthusiasts.

The exhibition features 61 works from 61 artists of multiple generations, from seasoned members to emerging talents. The diverse pieces, created in various genres and materials, form a vibrant space for creative expression. While not yet completed, the 2024 Vietnam Fine Arts Tradition Day exhibition offers art lovers a glimpse into the evolving artistic landscape of the Ancient Capital.

On this occasion, the Thua Thien Hue Fine Arts Association presented its 2024 annual awards to four artists: Huynh Tien Hai, Phan Thanh Hung, Nguyen Thi Lan, and Nguyen Xuan Luc. Additionally, the association welcomed five new members, contributing to its continued growth.
