Awarding certificates to Thua Thien Hue’s typical dishes

HNN.VN - Thua Thien Hue has the most dishes honored in Phase I of the project, including Hue beef noodle soup, tapioca dumpling stuffed with roasted pork sweet soup, mussel rice, tapioca dumplings, vegetarian fig salad, and vegetarian steamed rice wrapped in lotus leaf.

Vietnam Culinary Culture Association has just organized the announcement and awarding of certificates of typical dishes of Thua Thien Hue province in Phase I - 2022 and also launched the nomination voting for Phase II - 2023 of the "Journey in Search of Typical Vietnamese Culinary Cultural Values".

With the mission of finding, restoring, preserving, promoting, and developing Vietnamese culinary culture, the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association has also launched the Project "Building and developing cultural Vietnamese Cuisine into a National Brand".

Aiming at the reputation for "Capital of Culinary", Thua Thien Hue has the most dishes honored in Phase I of the project, including Hue beef noodle soup, tapioca dumpling stuffed with roasted pork sweet soup, mussel rice, tapioca dumplings, vegetarian fig salad, and vegetarian steamed rice wrapped in lotus leaf.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association officially launched Phase II - 2023 of the Project with the program themed "Delicious Dishes of my Homeland".
