This street, about 740m long from Tran Hung Dao Street to Mai Thuc Loan Street, will be looking magnificent with its integrated sets of technical infrastructures. In subsequent years, Hue strives to yearly build up at least one more street to be recognized as a civilized commercial street.

Civilized commercial streets must meet the standards set for trading activities and urban transport infrastructure such as beautiful, clean and green roads, good lighting system, protection for urban aesthetic  and environmental hygiene. In addition, commercial activities must be done exactly in accordance with business regulations and do not transgress with pavements and roadsides.

After being recognized as "civilized commercial streets", these streets ought to keep on striving to become what is called ‘typical civilized commercial streets.
