Hue City has attracted interest from numerous major corporations and businesses, opening up new opportunities for industrial and tourism development. However, the key challenge now is to turn proposed projects into reality as soon as possible, thereby boosting production capacity, creating more jobs, and generating additional revenue for the city’s budget.

The Imperial Citadel, the riverside areas, the Western Quarter, and the student areas are the four proposed models for study, aiming to tap into the potential of culture, heritage, tourism, and services while expanding Hue City’s economic development space.

On the afternoon of November 5, Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People’s Committee, received and held a working session with H.E. Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III, Ambassador of the Philippines to Vietnam.

For nearly three years, Hue Thuong, a free vegetarian eatery on Ngo The Lan Street in Phu Xuan Ward, has prepared over 200 meals daily for people in difficult circumstances. What began as the wish of two women has gradually grown into a collective effort, with more people joining hands to ensure free meals are provided every day.
