Under the theme ‘Hue Entrepreneurs - United by a Shared Ambition’, the event recognized the business community’s contributions to economic development, job creation and social responsibility. Amid market volatility and mounting competitive pressures, Hue businesses have identified continued innovation in management practices, adoption of technology, stronger cooperation and promotion of Hue’s distinctive cultural identity as key to building brands and expanding into new markets. They also expressed their hope that the local government would continue listening to businesses, addressing their difficulties and creating a favourable, transparent business environment.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh acknowledged the business community’s efforts to overcome challenges and its contributions to the city’s socio-economic development.

Mr. Le Tri Thanh emphasized that Hue’s status as a centrally-governed municipality creates new opportunities while requiring businesses to adopt mindsets and approaches suited to this new stage of development. Past achievements should serve as motivation for businesses to continue advancing and expanding cooperation. In particular, larger enterprises should support smaller ones, while small businesses should strengthen their ties with one another to build a strong and resilient business community.

In the coming period, the city will continue accelerating administrative reform, improving the investment environment and strengthening the sense of responsibility among public officials to facilitate business development. He also encouraged the business community to actively share feedback and report difficulties and obstacles so that the local government can address them promptly.
