Accordingly, Thien Tam Fund, together with Can Gio Tourist City Corporation (Vingroup), donated 171 computer sets worth a total of more than VND 2 billion to 10 schools. The beneficiary schools include Hung Loc Secondary School; Loc Hoa Primary and Secondary School; An Bang - Vinh An Secondary School; Kim Dong Primary and Secondary School; Tran Thuc Nhan Secondary School; Le Quang Dinh Secondary School; Phong My Secondary School; Nguyen Khoa Thuyen Secondary School; Phu Mau Secondary School; and Thuy Bang Secondary School.
The additional technology equipment helps create better conditions for students to access digital learning resources, develop technology skills, learn foreign languages and explore science, while also strengthening their capacity for self-learning and creativity, especially as schools step up digital transformation.
Representatives of the schools said the equipment would be properly managed and used for its intended purposes, with priority given to teaching and learning. Students will also be guided in using digital learning resources safely, while raising their awareness of digital culture and the protection of personal information.
