The first customers receiving their social housing apartments from Cotana Capital

The ceremony was attended by representatives of relevant departments and agencies, as well as a large number of residents.

The social housing project at Ecogarden urban area is a key construction comprising 2 complexes, including West Sky (OXH1) and East Sky (OXH2), with a total of 1,407 apartments. Construction officially began in July 2023.

The West Sky complex covers approximately 1.5 hectares and comprises 4 apartment buildings, including W1, W2, W3 and W4, with a total of 723 apartments. In 2024-2025, Cotana Capital handed over 364 apartments in the W2 and W3 buildings. Ahead of schedule, the investor continued the handover process in 2026 by delivering a further 210 apartments in the W1 building to customers.

The W1 building is equipped by Cotana Capital with modern, comprehensive facilities and technical infrastructure, offering residents a quality of life comparable to that of commercial housing projects.

The investor has equipped the building with a fire prevention and firefighting system incorporating advanced automated technology in line with the latest standards, ensuring the safety of the residential community. The building also features a stable power and water supply system, including modern variable-frequency-drive pumps for domestic water supply and an automatic transfer switch (ATS) backup power system that activates at 100% capacity in the event of a grid power outage. In addition, the building is equipped with 3 elevators imported directly from Japan, including 2 for residents and 1 for transporting goods.

In 2026, the developer continued handing over apartments to customers, with 210 units at the W1 building delivered

According to Cotana Capital, in addition to the recently handed-over W1 building, the W4 building, comprising 149 apartments, is in the final stages of completion and is expected to be handed over in October 2026. Meanwhile, construction of the East Sky social housing complex is also being accelerated, contributing to expanding the supply of quality housing and meeting the practical housing needs of Hue residents.

Notably, across the Ecogarden project as a whole, particularly its West Sky and East Sky complexes, Cotana Capital has proactively researched, upgraded, and integrated a smart flood-control infrastructure solution. This advanced technical solution is designed to enhance preparedness and response to the weather conditions and flooding characteristic of Central Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Le Toan Thang, said that the city has set ambitious targets for housing development by 2030. The completion and handover of the W1 - West Sky building will help increase the city’s housing supply, contribute to the development of the urban landscape, and support the implementation of its housing development program.

The Department of Construction will continue coordinating with relevant local departments and agencies to provide support and resolve difficulties and obstacles within its jurisdiction, creating favorable conditions for projects to be implemented in line with approved plans, while ensuring construction progress, quality, and residents’ rights and interests.
