City leaders press the button to officially launch the Promotional Sales Month program

The program brings together 25 businesses and establishments from both within and outside the city, featuring over 30 booths showcasing a wide range of industrial and handicraft products, agriproducts, OCOP specialties, consumer goods, and other essential items.

Beyond showcasing and promoting their products, participating businesses also offer a wide range of discounts and special deals to encourage shopping and make quality goods more accessible at reasonable prices.

AEON Mall Hue joins the Promotional Sales Month

Addressing the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Ha Van Tuan emphasized that the first Hue Promotional Sales Month in 2026 is a key trade promotion initiative to support the “Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods” campaign while serving as an effective bridge between businesses and consumers. It also helps boost the consumption of domestically and internationally produced goods, especially local specialties, OCOP products, and goods manufactured by local businesses.

The Vice Chairman called on the Department of Industry and Trade to work closely with relevant agencies to ensure the effective implementation of activities under the program. He also urged businesses to proactively innovate their business models, improve product quality, strengthen brand development, and roll out meaningful promotional campaigns in compliance with legal regulations. At the same time, he encouraged them to enhance partnerships with distribution networks and expand their market reach, thereby contributing to the development of the domestic market, boosting trade growth, and supporting the city’s goal of achieving double-digit economic growth.

Following the launch ceremony, the Department of Industry and Trade hosted an MoU signing ceremony to promote supply-demand connectivity between manufacturers, cooperatives, local distributors, and retailers. The collaboration is expected to pave the way for sustainable production-to-consumption linkages, at the same time upgrading local product values, and securing more stable market outlets for businesses.
