At the seminar titled “The Interplay of Poetry and Music in Vietnamese Language Education”, experts explored a range of interesting perspectives on the relationship between poetry and music in works created for children. Discussions highlighted the close connection between the two art forms, their unique attachment in children’s literature and music. At the same time, they also analyzed poetry texts with rich musical elements that are used in current Vietnamese language textbooks for primary students.
Bui Thanh Truyen, speaker, former lecturer at the Faculty of Primary Education, the University of Education, Hue University, also highlighted the value of the close connection between poetry and music in primary Vietnamese language teaching.
Meanwhile, at the seminar on “AI Application on Primary Education”, experts discussed the distinction between artificial intelligence (AI) and Generative AI, noting that different prompts can lead to different outputs. During this seminar, the experts presented important concepts related to AI structure and usage processes, including AI models, access platforms, contextual inputs, and personalized data that optimize AI-generated responses.
In addition, the experts presented a range of practical examples of AI integration in primary education. These included the use of controlled input data, the application of web-based AI platforms such as NotebookLM, and the creation of outputs including infographics, online multiple-choice quizzes, and presentation slides featuring 3D simulations of solar and lunar eclipses. Such applications were considered effective tools for providing primary school students with more visual, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
