| Athletes competed at the Championship |
The Championship attracted 71 participating units, including 38 communes and wards, and 33 high schools under the Department of Education and Training, with a total of 929 athletes. Among them were 269 primary school athletes, 378 secondary school athletes, and 282 high school athletes, competing for 30 sets of medals.
According to Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, in recent years, the city’s education sector has consistently prioritized physical education and school sports, considering them important tasks that contribute to shaping character, improving health, willpower, and life skills for students.
Athletes with outstanding achievements will be selected and trained to participate in the National Sports Championship for general education students, due to take place in Lam Dong Province at the end of June 2026.
