Taking care of the patients at Hue Central Hospital

The training course attracts over 400 trainees attending both onsite and online.

According to the organizing committee, the training course covers a wide range of practical professional topics closely aligned with the actual needs of clinical units. Participants are updated on knowledge related to pre and post-operative patient care; care for patients undergoing orthopedic trauma, thoracic-cardiovascular, neurological-cranial, urological, and gastrointestinal surgeries; as well as rehabilitation and nutrition for surgical patients.

The program also provides guidance on specialized nursing procedures such as wound dressing changes, suture removal for clean and infected wounds, and care for patients with colostomies and tracheostomies.

Through the training course, participants will have the opportunity to exchange practical experience and update their knowledge in the field of surgical nursing, thereby applying it more effectively to their professional duties at their working units. The program also contributes to the quality of patient care and treatment, while enhancing coordination among departments during the treatment process for surgical patients.
