Ribbon-cutting ceremony at the opening of the “Perspectives on heritage” photography exhibition

The exhibition presents vivid snapshots of life, culture, architecture, and heritage from the three regions of the country. Through each photograph, visitors can experience the multidimensional beauty of Hanoi, the Capital City, with its ancient structures and peaceful countryside; the dynamic and modern, yet culturally profound atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City; and the poetic and tranquil charm of Hue, the Ancient Capital.

The 90 works on display represent “90 different perspectives sharing the same deep love for the nation’s cultural roots”. The exhibition reflects the enduring collaboration among artists from the three regions over many years, helping to create a meaningful bridge for cultural exchange; thereby awakening the spirit of preserving and promoting heritage values in contemporary life.

Each work tells its own story about people, the land, and the cultural depth of each locality. While artists from Hanoi bring the spirit of a thousand-year-old Capital, the works from Ho Chi Minh City stand out with their youthful rhythm and modern colors. Meanwhile, artists from Hue convey the poetic essence of a heritage land that preserves the cultural values of the royal court and national history.

Large numbers of visitors, artists, and photography enthusiasts attended the exhibition

According to the Organizing Committee, the “Perspectives on heritage” art photography exhibition marks the fourth joint exhibition by photographers from the three sister cities. The event not only helps promote Vietnamese cultural heritage but also affirms the role of art in connecting communities, nurturing love for the homeland, and inspiring artistic creativity in the era of integration.

The exhibition runs until May 10.
