Mr. Truong Dien Thong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television, presenting Tet gifts to residents

The organizing units presented 200 gift packages to residents in the city, including 100 packages in Duong No Ward and 100 packages in Phu Vang Commune. Each gift package was worth 600.000 VND in cash, contributing to better conditions for families to enjoy spring and welcome a warm Tet holiday.

Ever since 2018, Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup has accompanied Thua Thien Hue Newspaper, now Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television, in presenting 5.300 gift packages to poor households and families in difficult circumstances across the city during the Lunar New Year and during periods of natural disasters and floods.

 The gifts are a practical form of sharing with people in difficult circumstances

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Dien Thong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television, said that over many years, Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television has coordinated with Thien Tam Fund to effectively implement social welfare activities, especially caring for poor households and families in difficult circumstances during Tet in the city.

Though the gifts are not of great material value, they contain sincere sentiments and practical sharing, helping to encourage residents to overcome difficulties, strive in life, and celebrate the traditional Tet holiday in a joyful and warm atmosphere.
