Personally delivering these meaningful and warm gifts to local residents, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung kindly inquired, encouraged and shared the hardships with the local people. Previously, following the historic floods in late October and early November 2025 that caused severe damage in Hue, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and representatives from various organizations and benefactors had visited and presented many meaningful gifts to people severely affected by the floods in An Cuu Ward, Phu Xuan Ward, and other wards and communes in Hue City.
Ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and representatives from various units continued to visit and present gifts to people in difficult circumstances in several Central provinces and cities, including Hue.
Previously, on the afternoon of January 30, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung also visited and presented 150 Tet gift packages to people in difficult circumstances in Phong Thai Ward.
