Mr. Nguyen Duc Viet, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of Lai Bang residential group, expressed his hope that local authorities would effectively carry out investment promotion activities

The golf course tourism area, located within Kim Long Ward and Binh Dien Commune in Hue City, covers an area of approximately 90 hectares, with an estimated capacity to serve an estimated 400 guests per day and night, with a projected staff of about 250 employees.

The planning area is divided into three main functional zones. Zone 1 comprises the golf course and supporting functional areas, covering approximately 79.41 hectares. The golf course is designed in a hilly terrain model integrated with greenery and landscaped water features, featuring 18 holes that meet international standards. Zone 2 is the resort area (approximately 7.34 hectares), located at the central part of the planning area, where high-end resort villas are arranged to serve golfers and experts. Zone 3 is the public green space area (approximately 3.25 hectares), located in the Northern part of the planning area. This area is landscaped with greenery to create a visual highlight for the gateway leading into the planning area.

At the planning announcement conference, representatives from the Project Management Board stated that the golf course tourism area is invested in with the function of a golf course and supporting facilities combined with resort tourism. It is designed according to appropriate scale and technical standards to serve the local community and tourists, while connecting with tourist routes.

Based on the approved planning project, Hue City People's Committee has assigned responsibility to the Department of Construction, the Project Management Board, the People's Committees of Kim Long Ward and Binh Dien Commune, as well as relevant departments and agencies to perform the functions of planning and construction management in accordance with the city's assignments and current legal regulations.
