The conference attracted the participation of various students and researchers from numerous training institutions nationwide. Its wide reach was reflected in the submissions of over 430 abstracts and 331 full articles from students of law training institutions across the country. Based on these submissions, the organizing committee selected 220 outstanding articles for publication in abstract proceedings, categorized by 3 regions, including the Northern, Central, and Southern regions.
Based on the duration and organizational conditions, the workshop was conducted with 1 plenary session and 3 thematic sessions, featuring 18 articles presented both in person and online. The discussions focused on 4 major thematic areas, including Improving Vietnam’s legal system in the context of digital transformation; Improving Vietnam’s legal framework in the context of green transition; Improving Vietnam’s legal system in the context of circular economy development; and Improving Vietnam’s legal system in the context of the development of artificial intelligence (AI).
