Presenting gifts to residents affected by the recent flood

Immediately after assessing the situation, Hue City Red Cross issued a call for support to organizations, businesses, and individuals inside and outside the province to join hands in assisting flood-affected communities. As a result, up to now, the Red Cross has received goods and cash with a total value of over 6 billion VND contributed by 15 organizations and individuals. This is an important resource that helps ensure relief efforts are carried out promptly and effectively.

From October 30th until now, the Red Cross has delivered relief goods and cash directly to the correct beneficiaries in more than 20 affected communes and wards. The relief packages mainly consist of essential supplies, daily necessities, and cash assistance to help residents quickly restore their livelihoods after the disaster.

A representative of the Red Cross stated that the program will not stop there. In the coming time, the organization will continue assessing conditions and reaching out to flood-affected areas to deliver additional aid packages, contributing to helping residents overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after the floods.
