Reporters from the Department of Science and Technology and Hue City Smart Monitoring and Operations Center delivered practical topics on applying AI to support and optimize work performance as well as improve administrative processes. Attendees were introduced to and guided in using popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Claude, and Kimi to assist with advisory tasks, document synthesis and analysis, report preparation, and work planning.
Alongside theoretical content, participants also engaged in hands-on practice and experience-sharing sessions on how to use AI safely and effectively. These activities aim to enhance work efficiency, shorten processing time, and improve accuracy and creativity in task execution.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Chairman of the Phong Phu Ward People’s Committee emphasized that: in the current acceleration phase of national digital transformation, artificial intelligence is not only a productivity-enhancing technology but also a core capability for modernizing local governance and administration. Equipping officials, civil servants, and employees with AI application skills helps improve advisory and synthesis quality, shorten work processing time, and move toward a professional, transparent, effective, and efficient administration.
He also hoped that after the training, the ward’s officials, civil servants, and employees would be more adapt to applying AI tools in practice, developing modern work habits, ensuring information security and regulation compliance when using new technologies.
