According to the Recruitment Council’s report, this year’s recruitment program received 12 applications out of a total of 53 available positions. After the first round, all 12 candidates qualified for the second round. The preparation work for the examination was carried out thoroughly, ensuring all necessary conditions for a serious, objective, fair, democratic, and law-compliant recruitment process.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh congratulated 12 candidates who qualified for the second round. He emphasized: “This doctor recruitment program is not merely a process of selecting personnel, but also a journey to find passionate hearts, dedicated doctors who are ready to commit themselves and contribute to the cause of public healthcare in the city”.

The Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee affirmed that Hue is gradually establishing its role as the regional hub for advanced healthcare in the Central and Central Highlands regions, a center that brings together skilled doctors, specialists, and modern medical facilities and technologies. The city’s doctor attraction policy is a practical and humanitarian initiative aimed at supplementing high-quality human resources, contributing to realizing the goal of developing Hue’s healthcare sector to be modern, compassionate, specialized, and globally integrated.

Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Binh requested that the Recruitment Council strictly adhere to the examination regulations and rules; ensure safety and compliance throughout the entire organization process, and make thorough logistical preparation to provide the best conditions for candidates. He also urged all candidates to demonstrate a sense of responsibility and discipline, strictly following the schedule, rules, and regulations of the recruitment examination.

In the coming time, the city will continue to improve its mechanisms, incentive policies, and working environment, while strengthening professional training and development to retain and promote talented doctors. These efforts aim to help build Hue into one of the nation’s leading centers for high-quality healthcare.
