The training aimed to equip and update essential knowledge and skills in receiving, handling, and resolving administrative procedures, while also raising awareness of responsibility and fostering a standard, friendly communication style among public officials and employees.

The program focused on new regulations regarding AP control, rules and standards in administrative communication, and practical skills in listening, guiding, explaining, and handling situations in public service.

Through the training, POEs were trained further on professional skills and enhanced their capacity in task execution, contributing to building an open, transparent, professional, and modern public administration system where citizen and business satisfaction serves as the benchmark for service quality.
