Representatives of leaders from Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and Hue City presented congratulatory flowers

The official launch of the NADO Cooperative marks a new step in developing the forest economy associated with nature conservation and improving community livelihoods. The Cooperative will unlock the potential of medicinal plants under the Bach Ma forest canopy.

The NADO Cooperative was established to purchase, process, and distribute medicinal products that are legally grown and harvested under the forest canopy. Its main product lines include: Litsea cubeba essential oil, used in healthcare and homecare products; herbal tea made from dried local medicinal plants; and personal care products extracted from natural herbs.

The NADO Cooperative officially received ISO 22000 certification

As part of the event, the NADO Cooperative officially received its ISO 22000 and Halal certifications for its international-standard production processes. The Cooperative also signed a memorandum of understanding for a strategic partnership with Asia Nasa Group, Hanoi Xanh Cooperative, and a product distribution partner in the Thai market.

The NADO Cooperative is committed to working with local people to preserve forests, develop native medicinal plants, and build a value chain for agricultural products associated with international standards. This serves as a model for combining local knowledge, science and technology, and the spirit of community cooperation.
