Also joining the incense offering were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra; and leaders of central ministries and agencies.
From Hue City, participants included Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hue City Le Truong Luu; and Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien.
In a solemn atmosphere, the Prime Minister and the delegation respectfully offered incense before the portrait of the General - a steadfast communist soldier, an outstanding military and political leader, and an exemplary son of his homeland, Thua Thien Hue (now Hue City).

In the guestbook, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh wrote: “With utmost respect and admiration, we bow our heads in gratitude to General Nguyen Chi Thanh, an exemplary son of Hue City; a great leader and an outstanding student of the great President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his life to the nation and the people”.
The General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum is the place where the memories and invaluable legacy of the legendary General's life were preserved. The exhibition space is organized by theme, from his revolutionary activities, his service on the southern battlefield, his role as Director of the General Political Department, to his daily life, family, and the values that still remain today. The museum currently houses hundreds of photos, artifacts, and valuable documents, including many handwritten notes, books, and letters by the General.

Since its opening, the museum has not only become a destination for history lovers, but also a place for educating younger generations in traditional values, true to the spirit General Nguyen Chi Thanh once conveyed: “We must train officials who are close to the People and serve the People”.

* Earlier, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the social housing area in EcoGarden and Nguyen Hoang Bridge, two important highlights in the development of urban infrastructure and living spaces in Hue City.

After visiting and encouraging residents living there, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that local party committees and authorities create favorable conditions for people, especially young people, to access social housing policies.

The delegation then visited Nguyen Hoang Bridge, a major traffic artery connecting the western area of the Perfume River with the city center. The bridge is modern in design, equipped with artistic lighting systems, contributing to easing traffic on Da Vien Bridge, Phu Xuan Bridge, and Truong Tien Bridge, while opening up a new southwestward urban development axis.

The Prime Minister acknowledged the efforts of the local government in site clearance, ensuring project progress and construction quality. He instructed Hue City to continue completing and enhancing both sides of the bridge, connecting both banks of the Perfume River in a way that ensures technical standards, aesthetic value, and traffic safety, while effectively linking with key road networks.
