The book fair is an activity in response to the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2025, carrying various messages, including: “Reading culture connects communities”, “Step into the era of National Rise with books”, and “Reading enriches knowledge, nurtures aspirations, and fosters innovation and creativity”.
Taking place until April 24, the book fair introduces readers to hundreds of valuable titles across various fields such as politics and society, history and culture, socio-cultural topics, and books about Hue. In this space, many people get the chance to purchase excellent books at discounted prices. Additionally, there is a free book space where readers can receive books as gifts.

According to the leaders of Thuan Hoa Publishing House, books are the treasure of human knowledge, the crystallization of wisdom passed down through generations. Books and reading culture are essential parts of Vietnam’s advanced culture, which are rich in national identity. They play the role of accumulating and spreading spiritual values, contributing to raising intellectual standards, developing culture, and building the ideological foundation, worldview, and revolutionary and scientific outlook of society. They also help shape ethics, lifestyles, and the comprehensive development of the Vietnamese people’s character.
Through the book fair, knowledge is spread, contributing to enriching and enhancing the spiritual life of readers both in and out of the city. From there, it aims to spark a passion for reading in the community, especially among the youth, so that books will become an indispensable part of everyday life.
