This year’s starting location is different from previous years

After 9 stages, the overall rankings remain unchanged: cyclist Loic Desriac retains the yellow jersey, Dang Van Phap holds onto the white jersey, and Nick Kergozou continues to firmly lead in the green jersey category.

Stage 10 from Hue to Da Nang spans over 100km and is considered one of the most gruelling legs of the race, as the riders must conquer three consecutive mountain passes: Phuoc Tuong, Phu Gia, and Hai Van.

However, this stage also presents an opportunity for riders who specialize in mountain terrain to improve their standings in pursuit of the yellow jersey, green jersey, and red polka dot jersey (King of the Mountains).

Upon arriving in Da Nang City, the race will continue through the provinces and cities of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Long An, Tien Giang, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, and finish in front of the Independence Palace, Ho Chi Minh City on April 30th, as per the annual tradition.
