| Athletes participated in the tournament |
300 students from 27 delegations, including education and training departments, high schools, Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, and the UK Academy International Bilingual School, participated in this year's swimming tournament.
Secondary school athletes competed in the following events: 50m freestyle, 50m breaststroke, 25m freestyle, 25m breaststroke, and 4x50m freestyle relay. Primary school athletes competed in the 25m freestyle, 25m breaststroke, 50m freestyle, and 50m breaststroke events.
High school athletes competed in the following events: 50m freestyle, 50m breaststroke, 25m freestyle, 25m breaststroke, 50m backstroke, 100m freestyle, 100m breaststroke, and 4x50m freestyle relay.
The swimming competition is part of the Traditional Sports Tournament for general education students in 2025, which aims to continue to maintain and promote the “All people do exercises following the example of great Uncle Ho” campaign, encouraging regular training and competition in sports among general education students to improve health and develop physical fitness. This is also an opportunity to discover and nurture students with swimming talents to participate in tournaments organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
